There are so many reasons to love celebrating Cinco de Mayo. #1 Mexican food, #2 festive decor, #3 margaritas #4 QUESO … ok, queso can technically fall under #1, but it obviously deserves a solo shout out.
Every year Cinco de Mayo decor gets cuter and it was incredibly difficult to put together this round up… *Sooo* I decided I’d include a few more options in my post than I was able to squeeze in my round up.
These indoor/outdoor margarita glasses come in 4 colors (blue, pink, orange and clear) and are *on sale* for only $10 for a set of 4!!! You can also buy matching acrylic pitchers, little goblet glasses and tumblers in any of the 4 colors.
Also *extremely* obsessed with these cactus margarita glasses. There are a good amount of cactus margarita glasses on the market right now, but this is by far the cutest one. The others I’ve seen can look a little cheap or the cactus stem isn’t as nicely pronounced as this one. These are also *on sale* right now – $6/each!
You can use these adorable mini sombrero piñatas as center pieces or decorations and fill them with whatever you want. I would fill them with either mini bottles of hot sauce or tequila.
If you feel like you already have an abundance of color on your tablescape, I love the simplicity of the all-gold fringe mini donkey piñatas. This Small Boho Llama is also a sweet touch and a little outside-the-box of classic Mexican decor.
3. Cactus Jade Round Plate – similar
These stoneware plates are really cool and I would use these year-round … probably because I live in Texas, but perhaps not? Either way, I love the simplicity of the cactus design. I might go ahead and buy these as a gift for my mom to keep at the ranch for family dinners. The only downside is that hand washing them is recommended for care. Womp womp….

You can’t go wrong with the classic fringe/tassel garlands that are all the craze these days, but it’s nice to mix it up sometimes. This Pom-Pom garland and chandelier are a chic way to incorporate the classic Cinco de Mayo festive colors, while not using the plastic garland you’ll most likely end up throwing away. (Oh, and does anyone else see the potential to also use these in a baby’s nursery or play room? )
Other perfect options:

11. Fiesta Luminary Bags + 12. Fiesta Maracas
If you’re planning on having a backyard fiesta, these luminary bags are the ideal decoration. Add a little candle and place them around your tables or use them to line the path to the table from your house. At night they will look really romantic and have the perfect amount of glimmer from the candlelight (real or battery powered).
13. Fiesta Chili Pepper Serving Dish
Serving chips & salsa is a must at a Cinco de Mayo party, so why not serve in style? If you’re wanting to go extra festive, I’d stick with either of the chili pepper options featured above or below.
Other options:
- Fiesta Chili Pepper Tray with Stackable Dip Dish Set
- Del Sol All in One Chip and Dip
- Blendo Chip and Dip
The Del Sol patterned chip and dip bowl is gorgeous and makes me think of something Catherine Zeta Jones in Zorro would have at a party. (Just me? Cool.) The super modern, yellow ombre and gold-rimmed bowl is the epitome of cool. It’s not exactly on-theme, but if you own something that cool you’d probably want to bring it out for every occasion right?!
14. Embroidered Colored Tassel Table Runner
I own this table runner and absolutely love it. The cloth fabric is nice and thick, and the colored tassels are really bright and colorful in-person.
